May 2011 – February 2012 (10 months): Project Manager at FlipInvert
I made sure that everything gets finished on time. The longer version would be making sure that plans are in place and that they get executed, when things went outside the plan, I make sure that there is a mitigation plan to take care of them. I have managed two projects during my time here and have taken part in coordinating other four. -
December 2008 – March 2011 (2 years 4 months) : Producer at Cyberplanet Interactive
This was my first job ever to have a chance to get involved in game production through the whole production life-cycle. The work has been mind-opening and I got to know more amazing people. However as time pass, the company started to lose its interest in game production and I decided to move on. -
May 2008 – November 2008 (7 months) : Localization Tester at Electronic Art World LLC
I had a chance to start learning about the actual game production here, by catching bit and pieces of how industry’s giant takes care of it’s issue tracking process and build/version handling. For myself, I only translate things and check localization issues in Spore and The Sims 3. My time at EA Thailand is short but it gave me the groundwork for things to come. It is also sad that the Thai branch closes down a month after my contract there is over. -
May 2007 – May 2008 (1 year 1 month) : Technical Writer at Z.E. Software Co., Ltd.
I was just a rustic boy who came to Bangkok with an ambition of joining and contributing to the game industry. I ended up writing some MMO game guide and moderating community, not much of a game production stuff but at least I had a job to start the rest of my career with.
